Schurter's USFF 1206 Fuses product line features
Super-Quick-Acting Fuses with a rated current range from 50mA to 250 mA,
voltages up to 125 VAC/ 63VDC, and a breaking capacity of 100A at rated
voltage. Using wire-bonding technology, USFF 1206 Fuses enable stable,
reliable operation of ambient temperatures from 55°C to 90°C, making it
ideal for protection of applications such as in sensors, mobile devices,
semiconductor protection, and battery protection. USFF 1206 is
especially well-suited for the protection of smart metering systems.
Halogen-free, cURus certified, and RoHS compliant, USFF 1206 is also an
excellent choice for lead-free systems.

market at 430 mV, tightest tolerance in tripping time, fast and reliable opening time, and lower voltage loss than standard commercial products. The 50 mA version is UL248-14, cURus approved, CSA c22.2 no. 248.14.

Schurter CSO 10.3x38mm Fuse Clip
Schurter designed the CSO 10.3x38mm Fuse Clip to provide heavy-duty performance in photovoltaic systems with higher voltages. The fuse clip supports 10.3 mm diameter fuses of any length including the ASO 10.3x38mm Fuse, and is suitable for applications with voltages up to 1500 VAC/VDC and currents to 32A. The CSO fuse clip is ideal for a wide range of PV and other DC applications including inverters, battery charge controllers, and string fuse holders. In addition, the CSO is well-suited for e-mobility and industrial electronics applications. The fuse clip conforms to RoHS specifications and is currently the only photovoltaic clip on the market with cURus approval.

Schurter ASO 10.3x38mm Fuse
The Schurter ASO 10.3x38mm Fuse is a quick-acting solar fuse that protects photovoltaic (PV) modules, conductors, and similar DC-applications from the potentially detrimental effects of a low short circuit current up to 1000 VDC. Constructed using wire bonding and a 10.3x38 mm package, this high performance fuse offers a current range of 1A to 30A and is compatible with the CSO 10.3x38mm Fuse Clip. Designed to protect devices such as solar panels (strings), inverters, battery charges and combiner boxes from DC low short circuit current and overvoltage conditions in an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, Schurter's ASO 10.3x38mm Fuse meets IEC 60269-6 and UL 2579 standard for PVS systems, and is qualified for use according to the latest gPV standards. In addition, the solar fuse is RoHs compliant and halogen-free.

Schurter Hexagonal & Round Transipillars / Spacers
Schurter Hexagonal Transipillars / Spacers are designed as part of a versatile and rugged insulation mounting system. The transipillars, short for transitional pillars, provide a durable insulated spacer system for board-to-board stacking or board-to-chassis mounting. They are available in stud/stud, stud/insert, or insert/insert configurations with cylindrical or hexagonal body form. These transipillars are available in metric sizes of threads and lengths, with a range in length of 13 to 64mm, and a range in diameter of 7 to 16mm. The various combinations of studs and inserts are molded in nylon material 66, which provides excellent insulating properties and has a flammability rating of UL 94-V2. The voltage withstand rating is > 11K VDC, insulation resistance is > 10,000MΩ at 500 VDC, and the operating temperature range is -20°C to +80°C. Applications include multi-stage PCB separation, chassis mounting of drives, motors, and any general electromechanical application.
Schurter UMF 250 Surface Mount Fuses
Schurter UMF 250 Surface Mount Fuses, with quick-acting characteristics per IEC 60127-4/2, protect electronic systems from overcurrents and short-circuits. Five rated currents are available from .5A to 10A. The fuses feature high breaking capacity of up to 200A at rated voltage. Applications for the UMF 250 Surface Mount Fuses from Schurter include protection of power supplies, medical equipment, and devices for home and industrial use.
Schurter MSM Series Color Housing for Pushbutton Switches
The new MSM Series Colored Housing for Pushbutton Switches from Schurter is an addition to their existing pushbutton switch product line, adding a color (red and green) anodized aluminum housing. Schurter's robust, vandal-proof pushbutton switch with color housing
has an IK07 protection class for high impact and IP67 ingress
protection against water and dust. Its low profile, flat front
construction guards against side impact, and its actuator is made of
durable stainless steel. The switch's red and green housings can be used to distinguish the start/stop switching functions. Standard versions of the MSM colored housing switch are offered in 19 and 22mm mounting diameters with electrical rating of 5A @ 250 VAC. Typical applications for the MSM Series pushbutton switch with color housing are controller panels for automated machinery, construction machinery, industrial and medical equipment.
