ROHM PicoLED™ Chip LEDs
ROHM's PicoLED™ series is comprised of the world’s smallest chip LEDs that are ideal for high-density applications. The devices feature the same level of brightness as conventional chip LEDs, but in much smaller packages. All light-emitting elements are high-reliability four-element (InGaAIP) type or high luminosity (InGaN) type ensuring continuous, long-term, and reliable operation. They are available in blue, green, yellow/green, yellow, orange, and red luminescent colors.
ROHM Switching Regulators
These flexible, step-down switching regulators from ROHM have a wide supply voltage input range of 7 to 35V, an integrated 2A P-channel power MOSFET, ±2% high precision reference voltage, an adjustable frequency of 50 – 500KHz, and are available in single-chip and large-current type versions.
