ROHM PICOLED™ RGB LEDs
ROHM's PICOLED™ RGB SMLP34 and SMLP36 Series represent the industry's smallest, thinnest surface mount three-color LEDs. These ROHM LEDs are an ideal solution for designers seeking to minimize energy consumption and size while still receiving the benefit of full-color capabilities. The devices are available in a 1.0mm X 1.0mm or 1.0mm X 1.5mm package size and optimized for color indicator displays in mobile phones, illumination lighting for handheld gaming devices, and compact, full-color dot-matrix displays.
ROHM High-Power LED Drivers
ROHM's High-Power LED Drivers are the industry's first family of isolated LED drivers to use constant current circuits optimized for driving high-power LEDs. The devices are designed for constant current output from AC100V and can drive up to nine pieces of 1W-class LEDs.
The products integrate control circuits, switching elements,
transformers, and constant current circuits into an available compact SIP package
and produce an industry leading 85% power conversion efficiency.
ROHM BD604x Series USB Charge Protection ICs
ROHM´s BD604x USB Charge Protection IC
series is designed to protect battery-driven devices from damage caused
by excessive current/voltage surges during charging via USB or third-party AC adapters. These ROHM devices are the industry's smallest and feature a low ON-resistance (125mΩ) FET and ultra-low 45µA current consumption. BD604x ICs
include multiple protection circuits contained in the industry's
smallest package. This product is ideal for a variety of portable
devices, including mobile phones, IC recorders, digital cameras, handheld gaming equipment, and portable audio players.
