The Ramtron FM23MLD16-60BG is an 8 Megabit F-RAM in a streamlined FBGA package that features fast access, virtually unlimited read/write cycles, and low power consumption. The FM23MLD16-60BG F-RAM offers superior performance over battery-backed SRAM and does not require a battery for data back-up. This Ramtron device is a true surface-mount solution that is organized as a 512K x 16 nonvolatile memory and accessed with an industry standard parallel interface. The FM23MLD16-60BG has an access time of 60ns and cycle time of 115ns. This Ramtron F-RAM features high endurance of at least 100 trillion read/writes and NoDelay™ writes.

Ramtron Dual / Quad F-RAM State Saver

The Ramtron Dual / Quad F-RAM State Saver is a novel device that saves the state of signals on demand and restores them to the correct state automatically upon power up. F-RAM technology supplies the Ramtron Dual / Quad State Saver with fast write time and virtually unlimited write endurance. The Ramtron State Saver provides continuous access to nonvolatile system settings without performing a memory read operation, enable storage of signals that may change frequently and without notice, and allow the nonvolatile storage of a system setting without the system of a serial memory.
