Ramtron FM25L512 SPI FRAM Memory RAM
Ramtron's FM25L512 is a 512Kb nonvolatile RAM with an industry-compatible SPI interface that leverages high-speed write capability of FRAM technology. A direct hardware replacement for equivalent EEPROMs, the FM25L512 offers NoDelay™ reads/writes at bus speeds of up to 20MHz, 10-year data retention, virtually unlimited read/write endurance, and low operating currents. The device operates from 3.0 to 3.6 volts and is rated over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

The VRS51L3074 from Ramtron combines 8KB of FRAM memory with a fully-integrated, high-performance system-on-chip. Features include an advanced 40-MIPS, single-cycle 8051-core, 64KB Flash with In-System/In-Application Programming, 4KB SRAM, JTAG program/debug interface, digital signal processing (DSP) extensions, and a robust digital peripheral set.
