Also available is the RDK-347 12.6W Dimmable LED Driver Dev Kit which uses the LYT4313E LED driver IC. The RDK-347 is an isolated high power factor (PF) TRIAC dimmable LED driver designed to drive an LED string voltage of 34V at 370mA from an input voltage range of 90 VAC to 132 VAC.
Power Integrations TNY284-TNY290 TinySwitch™-4 Off-Line Switchers feature the lowest system cost with enhanced flexibility and enhanced safety and reliability features. The devices are also EcoSmart™ energy efficient, allowing them to easily meet all global energy efficiency regulations. These Power Integrations off-line switchers feature line-compensated overload power protection, allowing TinySwitch-4 devices to dramatically reduce the maximum overload variation over the universal input voltage range. TinySwitch-4 TNY284-TNY290 devices are particularly helpful in applications such as PC standby and CV adapters to limit the maximum output power during the overload fault condition. TinySwitch-4 also incorporates a 725V MOSFET that easily allows 80% de-rating for high reflected voltage and high bus voltage designs. The BP/M pin permits the MOSFET current limit to be adjusted up or down, allowing designers to optimize power delivery and efficiency in a variety of physical implementations. An on-time extension function extends the low-line regulation range, enabling hold-up time to be met with lower values of input capacitance.
Power Integrations LinkSwitch™-HP Off-Line Switcher family of flyback power supply ICs incorporate a primary side regulated (PSR) controller and high-voltage power MOSFET in a single package. The IC family includes devices optimized for constant voltage (CV) operation at power ranges from 9W to 90 W. LinkSwitch-HP IC controller features +/-5% CV accuracy, selectable current limit, programmable latching or hysteretic OVP, UVP and OTP, improved overload power compensation over line, fast AC reset, and programmable shutdown delay time.
Power Integrations Single-Stage PFC, Primary-Side Constant Current Control LED Drivers each incorporates a 725V power FET, a continuous-mode PWM controller, and a high voltage switched current source for self biasing. The single-stage combined power factor and constant-current controller eliminates a switching stage and the electrolytic bulk capacitor. The advanced primary-side control used by these LED drivers provides accurate constant current control while eliminating the need for an optocoupler and current sensing circuits. Power Integrations RDK-271 4.5W Power Factor Corrected LED Driver is a non-isolated LED driver (power supply) utilizing a LNK458KG from the LinkSwitch-PL family of devices. The RDK-271 provides a single constant current output of 130mA over an LED string voltage of 35V. The board was optimized to operate over the low AC input voltage range of 85 VAC to 135 VAC, 47Hz to 63Hz. LinkSwitch-PL-based designs provide a high power factor of >0.9, meeting current international requirements. Power Integrations RDK-271 4.5W Power Factor Corrected LED Driver has a form factor which meets the requirements for standard pear shaped (E17) LED replacement lamps. The output is non-isolated and requires the mechanical design of the enclosure to isolate the output of the supply and the LED load from the user.

Power Integrations LinkZero-LP Zero No-Load Consumption Integrated Off-Line Switcher is an upgrade to the LinkSwitch-LP, the industry's lowest component count charger/adapter and standby power switcher IC. It incorporates new technology which enables the device to automatically enter into and wake up from no-load mode while taking less than 5mW from the AC power. Power Integrations LinkZero-LP Zero No-Load Consumption Integrated Off-Line Switcher comprises a 700V power MOSFET switch with a power supply controller on the same die. Unlike conventional PWM (pulse width modulation) controllers, it uses a simple ON/OFF control to regulate the output voltage. The controller consists of the following circuits: an oscillator, feedback (sense) 5.85V regulator, BYPASS pin under/overvoltage protection, over-temperature protection, frequency jittering, current limit, leading edge blanking BYPASS pin clamp in power down, and bypass mode. The controller includes a proprietary power down mode that automatically reduces standby consumption to levels that are immeasurable on most power meters.
