Phoenix Contact DFMC DMC(V) 3.5mm Pluggable Terminal Blocks - Headers & Plugs
The Phoenix Contact DFMC DMC(V) product line offers stacked headers and plugs that provide higher contact density than previously available in a European-style terminal block. Phoenix Contact designed the DFMC DMC(V) series with 3.5mm spacing and 8 A to150 V rating. The DFMC plugs feature a 13.5mm height and the Push-In Technology wire termination system to reduce assembly time and labor costs by eliminating the need for wiring tools. The DFMC plugs are available in three styles, no latches, screw latches, or lock-and-release latch. The DFMC headers with high temperature LCP housings can be applied in either pin-in-paste reflow, or wave solder processes. The DFMC headers are available in horizontal or vertical PCB mount versions and feature a height of 10.8mm and 10mm respectively.
Phoenix Contact 4mm2 Push-in Technology Terminal Blocks - EXPANSION
Phoenix Contact introduced the 4mm2 Push-in Technology Terminal Blocks for easy and fast termination of ferruled and stripped, stranded wire from 24-10 AWG. The 4mm2 Push-in Technology Terminal Blocks are available in single, twin, and quattro feed-through as well as double-level, fuse, LED, diode, and function blocks.
The Phoenix Contact Push-in Technology Terminal Blocks are the new generation of modular terminal blocks in the Clipline Complete System. The Push-in Technology Terminal Blocks feature an easy, direct conductor connection using the advantages of the CLIPLINE complete system. With up to 50% lower insertion force necessary, it is now possible to directly plug solid and stranded conductors with ferrules from 0.34 mm2 without tools. The Phoenix Contact Push-in Technology Terminal Blocks use a special contact spring that makes plugging easier than ever while providing high contact quality.

Phoenix Contact Quint Diode Power Supplies
Phoenix Contact's Quint Diode Power Supplies are designed for redundant applications that require isolation and N+1 redundancy. Rather than Schottky or silicon diodes, MOSFETs are used in this series, making them up to 70% more efficient. The Quint Diode Power Supplies from Phoenix Contact are suitable for critical process industry applications, as they carry UL 508 and Class I, Division 2 listings. 12-24 VDC and 48VDC versions are available.
Phoenix Contact DIN Rail Safety Relays
Phoenix Contact's offering of DIN Rail Safety Relays now include relays that are designed to operate with fail-safe controls in process applications. The new additions meet either Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 or SIL
2, according to IEC 61508. To ensure that SIL levels are maintained, a normally closed status contact can be wired to a SIL-rated controller to
perform an automated "proof test." These Safety Relays from Phoenix Contact measure just 17.5 mm wide, and are available with either pluggable and coded screw or spring-cage

The Phoenix Contact PFT Series features the new generation of high-current panel-feed through (PFT) terminal blocks with secure universal screw and ring lug/bolt connection technology. The PTF Series' redesigned screw (UW) connectors and new ring lug/bolt (RW) provide multiple mounting and connection options across a wide array of wire gauges and achieve high mechanical stability for conductors.
