Panasonic PAN1026 Bluetooth® 4.0 Modules feature an embedded ARM processor, Bluetooth 4.0, serial port profile (SPP), command set API and integrated antenna. This cost-engineered solution is based on a single chip solution that integrates an ARM processor with a Bluetooth controller. Bluetooth 4.0 combines the data rate of Bluetooth Classic (3Mb/s) and ultra-fast connection time of Bluetooth Low Energy (3mS). Bluetooth Low Energy is designed to create low data rate networks using a minimum amount of power. The embedded serial port profile (SPP) frees application resources while the command set API creates a simple but flexible firmware interface. An onboard antenna does away with 2.4GHz RF circuit complexity.
Panasonic Electronic Components PAN1322 Place & Play Bluetooth® Module is smartphone compatible and features an embedded microcontroller, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR stack, serial port profile (SPP), AT command set API, and antenna. The module is based on a single chip solution that integrates an ARM7 core with a Bluetooth controller. The PAN1322 uses Panasonic's tiny footprint technology at just 15.6 x 8.7 x 2.8mm, and it is fully shielded to improve immunity. The PAN1322 Series recognizes Apple's authentication coprocessor and supports Bluetooth Serial Port Profile (SPP) data communication with Apple's iPhone and iPad®. Connectivity also includes Android, smart phones, and all Bluetooth enabled devices. The PAN1322 Series is fully compatible with the module it replaces, the PAN1321 Series. Hardware and firmware prototyping and testing are accelerated using the EVAL_PAN1322 development kit and SPP Toolbox development environment. All Panasonic Bluetooth RF modules carry FCC, IC, CE Bluetooth certifications.
Panasonic POSCAP Tantalum-Polymer Solid Capacitors achieve stable capacitance at high frequency and temperature, in addition to low ESR/ESL. Available in several series that include solid electrolyte chip capacitors (TPE, TQC, TPF, TPSF, TPB, TPC, TPG, and TPU), the POSCAP tantalum-polymer capacitor product line from Panasonic utilizes a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high conductivity polymer for a cathode. This innovative construction and processing yield the lowest ESR level in polymer tantalum technology and exhibit excellent performance in high frequency applications. Panasonic OS-CON™ Aluminum-Polymer Solid Capacitors utilize aluminum and a high conductivity polymer material to offer low ESR, excellent noise reduction and ripple current capabilities. The OS-CON Aluminum-Polymer Solid Capacitor product line consists of several series (SVP, SVPC, SVPF, SVPE, SEP, SEPC, and SEPF Series) that include products characterized by a long life span and minimal changes in ESR throughout the entire rated temperature range. The OS-CON series offer very low ESR (down to 5mΩ), capacitance range up to 2700µF, and voltage range from 2VDC to 50VDC.
Panasonic Electronic Components has expanded the CS, CT, and CX
SP-Cap series to include higher voltage caps with range up to 25V. The
newest additions to the SP-Cap product line features high voltage, low
profile, high temperature reflow, and unique electrode materials for
high withstanding voltages. The higher voltage SP-Caps are used with DC/DC converters, output signal stabilization, and filtering. Panasonic's SP-Cap Polymer
Organic Aluminum Capacitor is a surface mount aluminum electrolytic
capacitor that uses a conductive polymer as its electrolyte in layered
aluminum construction. The SP-Cap product line from Panasonic consists
of multiple series that offer capacitance range up to 560µF, voltage
range from 2V to 25V, and the lowest ESR/impedance in the industry,
achieving very good noise suppression and transient response. Unlike
MLCCs, SP-Caps are free from temperature drift and DC/AC bias
characteristics. In addition, voltage deration is not needed in SP-Caps,
as in tantalum capacitors, due to their safety features. SP-Caps are
the perfect solution for input and output capacitor for various DC/DC
Panasonic's NN30 Series Synchronous DC/DC Step-Down Regulators integrates power MOSFETs that employ a hysteretic control system. This provides a high-speed response that minimizes output voltage fluctuations in the presence of load current spikes. Simplification of the applied circuit is facilitated by the use of small capacitance capacitors as well as lack of need for external system phase compensation. This leads to the downsizing of the overall design and the requirement of a smaller number of separately sourced parts. The NN30 Series has a user adjustable output voltage and a maximum current of 10A.
PanasonicAN260xxA SiGeC Bi-CMOS Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) use a 0.18µ SiGeC Bi-CMOS process to achieve high frequency performance with low noise and low power consumption. Panasonic AN260xxA LNAs Utilize an ultra-small package, facilitating design miniaturization in applications for smart phones, mobile DTV, GPS, WiFi, WIMAX, and WLAN, among others. AN260xxA LNAs have a wide frequency range from 40MHz to 5GHz to satisfy the needs of various applications.
Panasonic Electronic Components PAN1721 Series Bluetooth® Low Energy Modules are complete power optimized Bluetooth v4.0 Low Energy (BLE) solutions including an embedded processor, antenna, and BLE stack. PAN1721 is a cost-effective, ultra low-power, system-on-chip (SoC) for Bluetooth Low Energy and ultra low power consumption applications. The module includes an eight channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter, 19 GPIOs plus battery, and temperature sensors. A single device for both BLE master or slave nodes. The PAN1721 combines an excellent RF transceiver with a high performance low power 8051 microcontroller, in-system programmable flash memory, 8KB RAM, and many other powerful supporting features and peripherals. The PAN1721 is an ideal choice for applications where battery life is a critical application requirement, using only 500nA in sleep mode. Short transition times between operating modes and power efficient hardware further reduce current consumption.
