Panasonic Electronic Components SP-Cap Polymer Aluminum Organic Capacitor is a surface mount aluminum electrolytic capacitor that uses a conductive polymer as its electrolyte in layered aluminum construction. The SP-Cap product line from Panasonic consists of multiple series that offer capacitance range up to 560µF, voltage range from 2V to 16V, and the lowest ESR/impedance in the industry, achieving very good noise suppression and transient response. Unlike MLCCs, SP-Caps are free from temperature drift and DC/AC bias characteristics. In addition, voltage deration is not needed in SP-Caps as in tantalum capacitors due to their safety features. SP-Caps are the perfect solution for input and output capacitor for various DC/DC converters.
Panasonic FJ3P02100L and FK3P02110L Power CSP MOSFETs feature a unique Power Mount CSP package that allows for a 5% improvement in thermal dissipation while reducing the size by 80% over conventional solutions. The package structure consists of a unique pad design and drain clip technology for higher thermal performance. These Panasonic power MOSFET transistors employ a fine trench silicon technology that provides a 47% lower RDS(on) over the same-sized conventional chip. These Power CSP MOSFETs are optimized for load switches that combine low RDS(on) in a smaller form factor. The devices are also an ideal fit for Li-Ion battery applications in which low RDS(on) is necessary.
Panasonic AN3018xA Multi-Channel DC/DC Step-Down Regulators with integrated FET and LDO offer a power management LSI Step-Down DC/DC Regulator (1 to 2ch) that uses Panasonic's original Hysteretic DC/DC core control system. The new AN3018xA series devices respond at high speed and minimize output voltage changes when the load current changes suddenly. AN3018xA devices make it possible to use capacitors with small capacitance, allowing for smaller designs and a reduction in the number of external parts. Output voltages are variable by DAC (0.8 to 3.3V) and maximum current is up to 1.2A. These Panasonic devices are designed for use in a variety of applications, including home and portable devices, mobile devices, solid state drives, personal computers, and more.
Panasonic AN440 Stepping Motor Drivers are dual channel H-bridge drivers which can control microstepping bipolar stepping motors with a single chip. Panasonic AN440 Stepping Motor Drivers have a low Ron FET which increases the efficiency of the driver and reduces the power consumption. The driver also uses a special circuit to minimize EMI generation, and also uses OCP, UVLO, and TSD for internal protection of the IC.

PAN1721 is a cost-effective, ultra low-power, system-on-chip (SoC) for Bluetooth Low Energy and ultra low power consumption applications. The module includes an eight channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter, 19 GPIOs plus battery, and temperature sensors. A single device for both BLE master or slave nodes. The PAN1721 combines an excellent RF transceiver with a high performance low power 8051 microcontroller, in-system programmable flash memory, 8KB RAM, and many other powerful supporting features and peripherals. The PAN1721 is an ideal choice for applications where battery life is a critical application requirement, using only 500nA in sleep mode. Panasonic AN3301X series Step-Down Regulators feature a highly reliable DC/DC step-down regulator that employs a voltage control system. These Panasonic devices can be operated at a high voltage range (from 5V to 39V) and can also be used for power supply LSI of car-AV systems. These new AN3301X parts have an external clock synchronous function up to 2MHz as well as PLL technology allowing control switching frequency without output voltage malfunction. By integrating a high side SW solution and flag function, the AN3301X Series can provide a suitable power supply system for an external USB. AN3301X Series Step-Down Regulators also include 2ch-external FET type, 1ch-internal FET type, and 1ch-internal FET type with load current feedback function that compensates the output voltage drop. Panasonic Electronic Components' ERZ-E14 ZNR® Transient/Surge Absorber Series (Metal Oxide Varistors) is the newest edition to the ZNR® product line that consists of devices used to protect electronic equipment against voltage surges and save board space and cost. The ERZ-E14 Series ZNR® Transient/Surge Absorber from Panasonic Electronic Components offers the same outstanding ZNR® performance as its 20mm counterparts, but in a smaller 14mm size. These LED Drivers are Boost/Buck-Boost/Buck DC-DC controllers that drive an external power NMOS switch. The design flexibility of the Boost/Buck-Boost/Buck output system is achieved by changing the external circuit. The AN30888A/B Series’ wide operating power supply range allows configuration of the power supply and the number of LED’s to drive required by the specific application. They allow various DC-DC configurations and provide great design-in flexibility.
Panasonic ECW Series Metallized Plastic Film Capacitors are now available in ECW-F(D) 450VDC. The ECW-F(D) are
designed for DC applications that do not require a significant amount of
pulse current, and for power factor correction and residential
electronics applications. The built-in fuse function, combined with the small case size, make them appropriate for any application requiring DC linkage.
Panasonic Electronic Components ECW Series Metallized Plastic Film Capacitors
are small, low loss polypropylene capacitors with excellent frequency

Panasonic Electronic Components' new EET-HD Series Large Can Snap-In Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors offer longer endurance in smaller case sizes. The EET-HD Series capacitors from Panasonic Electronic Components allow for higher capacitance, higher ripple current, and long endurance life of 3000 hours at 105ºC.
