OSRAM Opto Semiconductors has expanded the IR OSLON® Black LED Series to include LEDs with a center of spectral emission at 940nm. These LEDs offer a total radiant flux of 935mW at 1A.

The small package with integrated lens allows superior compact arrangements of very high power density. OSRAM Opto Semiconductors IR OSLON® Black Series LEDs feature Nanostack™ chip technology which allows the typical optical power to reach 1070mW at an operating current of 1A. Thanks to its adapted outcoupling lens with +/- 45º emission angle, the IR OSLON® delivers 15% more output power than components without a lens. These LEDs also offer lifetimes of up to 50,000 hours, even at high drive currents. The IR OSLON® Black Series is perfect for applications like CCTV, machine vision, night vision, or number plate recognition systems.

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SFH 4451 High Power Mini MIDLED IR Emitter LED
OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SFH 4451 High Power Mini MIDLED IR Emitter LED features a low profile, the highest radiant intensity of its size class, and Molded Interconnected Device (MID) package technology. The infrared Mini MIDLED is only 0.9mm high but this tiny device produces a narrow and intense beam of infrared light. The half-angle of 17º creates a narrow light beam and a radiant intensity of 60mW/sr at 100mA. This low-profile surface-mountable emitter is particularly ideal for applications in devices where space is limited, such as light barriers, smart phones, and optical touch screens.
OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SOLERIQ® E Chip-on-Board High Power LEDs
OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SOLERIQ® E Chip-on-Board High Power LEDs are a new product family of easy-to-use Chip-on-Board LEDs with high luminous efficacy. These LEDs are specifically designed for applications with high temperature operating conditions that require large flux packages out of a compact area. As a single component with the highest luminous flux, and no SMT assembly required, SOLERIQ E is much easier to use for lighting manufacturers. Available in all major color temperatures from 2700K up to 6500K, the high flux packages are ideal for downlights from 1500lm up to 4500lm. This new LED package delivers excellent color consistency within a 4-step MacAdam ellipse and a CRI greater than 80. These properties make the SOLERIQ E a highly efficient solution, especially for indoor lighting and downlight designs.
OSRAM OSTAR® Stage LEDs
OSRAM Opto Semiconductors OSTAR® Stage LEDs offer a much flatter profile, made possible by a flat glass cover with an anti-reflective coating. The new flatter profile, only 1.23mm high, allows these LEDs to provide the basis for compact spotlights with an extremely narrow beam and high luminance. The glass cover has been optimized specifically for injecting light into lens systems, enabling a very narrow light beam of +/- 9º to be produced. This beam is smaller by factor 2 than that of spotlights based on plastic-encapsulated LEDs, and also increases the luminance of the spotlight by factor 2. The powerful OSTAR Stage LEDs are based on the OSRAM OSTAR SMT platform and contain four different chips in red, green, blue, and white, allowing them to produce virtually any color. All four chips are manufactured using efficient thin-film technology so that almost all the light produced internally is emitted at the top, and more light can be focused in the customer optics system. These LEDs are ideal for moveable stage lights which provide powerful light beams for rock concerts and other impressive lighting arrangements.

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors DURIS® P5 LEDs feature a footprint of 2.6 mm x 2.2 mm, superior corrosion resistance for high-quality lighting solutions, and high maximum forward current of 200 mA. These LEDs offer long lifetime at high temperatures and high currents (L70/B50 > 50,000 h at Tj = 125°C and If = 200 mA) and high efficacy of up to 110 Im/W @ 3000 K. The DURIS® P5 offers superior corrosion resistance. These features make the LED ideal for high-quality professional lighting applications.
OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SFH 7773 Proximity & Ambient Light Sensor
OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SFH 7773 Proximity & Ambient Light Sensor is a three-in-one digital solution, combining a digital ambient light sensor and a proximity sensor (emitter + detector) within one package. Additionally the sensor provides an I2C-bus interface and an interrupt pin to connect it to a microcontroller. OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SFH 7773 consists of an 850nm infrared (IR) LED and an ultra-low power ASIC which performs the signal processing and provides the I2C-bus interface as well as an interrupt alert function. Additionally the ASIC contains the two photodiodes for proximity resp. ambient light sensing.

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors DURIS™ E5 LEDs deliver a high efficacy of up to 112lm/W (at 6000K / 70 CRI) and a wide beam angle of 120º in a compact form factor (5.6mm x 3.0mm). These 0.5W LEDs are ANSI binned, ranging from 2700K to 6500K CCT, with CRI options between 70-85. The typical luminous flux ranges from 41lm (3000K / 85 CRI) to 45lm (6000K / 70 CRI) at 120mA. OSRAM High Power IR DRAGON® Infrared Emitter
The OSRAM IR DRAGON® is the strongest infrared emitter, offering stellar performance in a small package, a long service life, and high power in continuous driving mode thanks to its excellent thermal design. The OSRAM IR DRAGON infrared emitter operates at wavelengths designed to support CMOS and CCD camera applications. The OSRAM IR SFH 4233 is a 940 nm high power infrared emitter that demonstrates high efficiency with a very small package. The SFH 4233 has an emission area of 1x1 mm. The IR LED SFH 4236 offers more than three times the radiant intensity of the standard IR DRAGON. The OSRAM SFH 4236 IR DRAGON includes an integrated lens that concentrates the emitted infrared light within a viewing angle of ±20º and achieves a typical radiant intensity of 650 mW/sr at DC current of 1A.
OSRAM OSLON MX ECE LED
The OSRAM OSLON MX ECE LED is an important addition to the extensive OSRAM product portfolio for the automotive sector. The OSRAM OSLON MX ECE is a low-cost high-power ceramic component intended for the front light clusters of mid-range vehicles, mainly as daytime running lights. This energy-efficient LED with new packaging technology is OSRAM's response to the increasing acceptance of daytime running light outside the luxury and top-of-the-range markets. The OSLON MX ECE is a 3x3mm² LED manufactured as a 1W component using the latest chip technology. They offer a light output of 70 to 95 lm and can be operated at temperatures up to 150ºC.
