OSRAM Opto Semiconductors DURIS™ E5 LEDs
OSRAM Opto Semiconductors DURIS™ E5 LEDs deliver a high efficacy of up to 97lm/W, 82 CRI, and a wide beam angle of 120º in 0.5W a compact format (5.6 x 3.0mm). These LEDs also offer ANSI binning white ranging from 2700K to 6500K CCT and a typical lumen flux as high as 36lm. These features make OSRAM Opto Semiconductors DURIS™ E5 LEDs ideal for homogeneous illumination applications where the DURIS™ E5 never fails to impress with its performance on system level. Packaging features and advantages for this series include die technology made with InGaN on Sapphire, and a white SMT package with colored, diffused silicone resin. Common applications for Duris E5 LEDs include retrofit lamps, task lights, white goods, and channel letters.

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors DURIS™ E3 LEDs are compact light sources in the cost effective PLCC package. The small package dimensions provide good second-board reliability. OSRAM Opto Semiconductors DURIS™ E3 LEDs offer stable brightness over their lifetime and a 120° beam angle ideal for homogenous light distribution. These LEDs are ideal for use as retrofits and linear lights in homes, shops, and offices.
OSRAM OSLON SSL 80 LEDs
OSRAM OSLON SSL 80 LEDs are small size, high-flux LEDs for slim designs. OSRAM OSLON SSL 80 LEDs come in a SMD ceramic package that incorporates a primary silicon resin lens configured at a pre-focused radiation pattern of 80°. This OSRAM SSL 80 LED package is ideal for spotlights or any direct lighting where secondary optics is not needed.

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors OSTAR® Lighting Plus is a high-power SMT LED that provides a large amount of light from a small area with high efficiency, impressive brightness, and high color stability. OSRAM OS OSTAR Lighting Plus contains four chips fabricated in state-of-the-art UX:3 chip technology
and emits either cold white or warm white light. This power pack is
very efficient at higher currents and offers high light output thanks to
the extremely uniform flux distribution over the entire chip surface. Due to a higher luminous flux over incandescent lamps, OSTAR Lighting Plus provides great opportunities for energy-efficient lighting.
OSTAR Lighting Plus
can be used in retrofits for incandescent lamps or halogen lamps, and
is also ideal for applications where space is tight. Only four OSTAR Lighting Plus units are needed to replace a frosted 100 W incandescent lamp. OSRAM Opto Semiconductors High Accuracy Ambient Light Sensor is an award-winning digital ambient light sensor with I²C Bus Interface. The SFH 5712 is the first and only digital ambient light sensor that perfectly matches the sensitivity of the human eye, allowing displays to react in a people-compatible way. By matching human eye sensitivity across the spectrum, the sensor addresses such problems as battery drain, reduced service life, and maintaining a clearly legible display in different ambient-light conditions. OSRAM High Power IR DRAGON® Infrared Emitter
The OSRAM IR DRAGON® is the strongest infrared emitter, offering stellar performance in a small package, a long service life, and high power in continuous driving mode thanks to its excellent thermal design. The OSRAM IR DRAGON infrared emitter operates at wavelengths designed to support CMOS and CCD camera applications. The OSRAM IR SFH 4233 is a 940 nm high power infrared emitter that demonstrates high efficiency with a very small package. The SFH 4233 has an emission area of 1x1 mm. The IR LED SFH 4236 offers more than three times the radiant intensity of the standard IR DRAGON. The OSRAM SFH 4236 IR DRAGON includes an integrated lens that concentrates the emitted infrared light within a viewing angle of ±20º and achieves a typical radiant intensity of 650 mW/sr at DC current of 1A.
OSRAM OSLON MX ECE LED
The OSRAM OSLON MX ECE LED is an important addition to the extensive OSRAM product portfolio for the automotive sector. The OSRAM OSLON MX ECE is a low-cost high-power ceramic component intended for the front light clusters of mid-range vehicles, mainly as daytime running lights. This energy-efficient LED with new packaging technology is OSRAM's response to the increasing acceptance of daytime running light outside the luxury and top-of-the-range markets. The OSLON MX ECE is a 3x3mm² LED manufactured as a 1W component using the latest chip technology. They offer a light output of 70 to 95 lm and can be operated at temperatures up to 150ºC.
OSRAM LH W5AM Hyper Red Golden DRAGON® Plus LED
The OSRAM LH W5AM Hyper Red thin film LED is the newest addition to the Golden DRAGON® Plus family. The OSRAM Hyper Red Golden DRAGON Plus LED is designed for use in green house lighting, horticulture lighting, signal and warning lights, and scanners. OSRAM SFH 4235 IR Stack Platinum DRAGON LED
The OSRAM SFH 4235 IR Stack Platinum DRAGON LED uses the new OSRAM thin film in-stack technology to provide almost double the power in the same compact DRAGON package. The OSRAM SFH 4235 IR Stack Platinum DRAGON LED uses two 1mm² thin-film chips stacked upon one another to produce nearly 1W of optical output power from a driving current of 1A. Because the package is the same as other DRAGON LEDs, the SFH 4235 IR Stack Platinum DRAGON can be used in existing designs without modification.

The OSRAM OSTAR SMT LED is designed for lighting and ultra-miniature pico projection applications and features outstanding power efficiency and RGB color mixing capabilities. The OSTAR SMT offers extremely high luminance and luminous flux through its Thinfilm and ThinGaN chip architecture. This OSRAM LED family also includes glass window protection with anti-reflection coating on the output window, pure surface emission, and multi-chip technology. The OSTAR SMT can be used in a variety of applications including embedded or companion projectors for mobile devices and architectural, general, or mood lighting.
