Ohmite FC4L 4-Terminal Current Sense Resistor Series includes 1, 2 and 5-watt packages. Ohmite has extended its FCSL Series product
line with the 4-terminal, foil-type FC4L Series Current Sense SMD
Resistors. The FC4L Series resistors from Ohmite have a foil
construction that ensures a very stable TCR (Temperature Coefficient of
Resistance) in a 5 watt package. In addition, FC4L resistors have a
built-in Kelvin connection and 4-terminal design, which includes 2
larger electrodes capable of carrying large currents and 2 smaller
electrodes for current measurement.
Ohmite Maxi-Mox Precision Thick Film Axial Terminal Resistors are high voltage/high resistance components that offer wide resistance ranges, voltage range to 50KV, power rating to 12.5 watts, and silicone or epoxy coating with non-inductive available.
Ohmite EBW Series Manganin/NiCr Current Sense Resistors have a resistance value of .0002 ohms, the lowest of any other Ohmite product thus far. The EBW series current sense resistors from Ohmite are manufactured using electron beam welding technology, which allows the joining of different alloys with great accuracy and tolerance. This series has heavy copper connectors, excellent long-term stability, and low inductance and can tolerate soldering temperatures of 350ºC for 30 seconds or 250ºC for 10 minutes. EBW series resistors can be mounted using re-flow soldering or welding on copper.
Ohmite MCS Series Current Sense Resistors utilize resistive metal alloy mOhm technology. The SMD MCS Series metal element current sense resistors from Ohmite also offer a 96% alumina substrate thermo dissipation protective layer, Cu terminal electrode with Pb free termination (60% Sn, 40% Ni), and ulta-low resistance values from 0.005Ω-0.05Ω. MCS series resistors have power ratings of 1 and 2 watts and standard resistance values from 5mΩ-50mΩ. These resistors are utilized in industrial electronics and power electronics.
Ohmite IS Series Power Resistors are constructed as rugged ultra-low profile thick film components. The IS Series Power Resistors from Ohmite offer heatsink capability under the proper conditions, in addition to high power (175W to 270W), pulse handling capability, low inductances, non-flammability, and fast-on terminals and leads. This series has resistance range from 5Ω to 10KΩ.
Ohmite BA Series Aluminum Cased Resistors are high power wirewound components that offer multiple wattages up to 1KW and heatsink capability. Three extrusion forms, thermal cut-off, and scalable, custom lengths and leads are all available with the ruggedly designed BA resistor series from Ohmite.
Ohmite C40 Series Heat Sink System offers flexible, high performance, and compact heat sinks with an exchangeable cam clip system for TO-247, TO-264, and SOT-227 (clip in development) devices. This powerful heat sink can be thru-hole soldered in single or paired configurations. The paired unit has mounting holes to accommodate a 40mm x 40mm fan. Ideal applications for Ohmite C40 Series Heat Sink System include high power density and small size (1U or 2U) electronic packaging with forced convection.
Ohmite TP High Energy Resistors offer non-inductive performance, high power density, low inductance, and wide resistance range. As an added feature, TP High Energy Resistors provide the impulse energy capability normally associated with wirewound or composition resistors. Doublesided screen printing of pulse-tolerant thick film ink, coupled with a sophisticated scan-cut laser trimming process, maximize the energy withstanding capabilities of the Ohmite TP High Energy Resistors.
Ohmite RW Series Wirewound Resistors feature 5W power and finned design that facilitates cooling, and offer high power density, wide resistance range, tight tolerance, and low TCR. RW Series Wirewound Resistors offer an operating temperature range of -55º C ~ +155º C, temperature coefficients of 0.1Ω ~ 0.99Ω at ±90ppm, 1Ω ~ 10Ω at ±50ppm, and 10Ω+ at ±20ppm, resistance range of 0.1 Ω ~50K, and non-inductive range of 0.1Ω ~12.5K.
