Ohmite C Series Heatsinks

Ohmite introduces the C Series Heatsinks. This series offers high performance, low cost and is a compact heat sink with an integrated camming clip system.This powerful heat sink provides tool and fixture free assembly operation, largest surface areas and smallest space occupation. The Ohmite C Series Heatsinks are the ideal type of heat sink for high power density and small size (1U or 2U) electronic packaging with forced convention cooling, such as semiconductors and resistors.

Ohmite Assorted Resistor Cabinet Kits

Ohmite's assorted Resistor Cabinet Kits conveniently house a variety of popular resistor products in sturdy, wall-mountable steel cabinets. Each cabinet of the resistor kit from Ohmite contains 20 clear plastic drawers that can be subdivided by 2, making a total of 40 slots available. In addition, removing the latched front cover reveals an easy reference key that describes the contents of each drawer. One kit, the CAB-20, doesn't contain any products, but plastic vials that are usable for any parts that fit in the 6" deep x 3" wide x 2" tall drawers. Types of products housed in these cabinets are current sense resistors, power resistors, and heatsinks.

Ohmite FC4L Series 4-Terminal Current Sense SMD Resistors (Foil Type)

Ohmite has extended its FCSL Series product line with the 4-terminal, foil-type FC4L Series Current Sense SMD Resistors. The FC4L Series resistors from Ohmite have a foil construction that ensures a very stable TCR (Temperature Coefficient of Resistance) in a 5 watt package. In addition, FC4L resistors have a built-in Kelvin connection and 4-terminal design, which includes 2 larger electrodes capable of carrying large currents and 2 smaller electrodes for current measurement.

Ohmite S Series LED Heatsinks

Ohmite S Series LED Heatsinks are low cost and easy assembly heat sinks for "Star" LED packages supplied by Osram and others. This simple heat sink can hold LED modules and can be mounted simply with some thread forming screws. The Ohmite S Series LED Heat Sinks have two types of surface finish and can be used in either natural (free) or forced convection cooling applications.

Ohmite TAP2000 Series Heat Sinkable Planar 2000W Resistors

The Ohmite TAP2000 Series Heat Sinkable Planar Resistors deliver 2000W of continuous power when properly mounted to a liquid cooled heat sink (based on 85ºC mounting plate temperature). The TAP2000 Series features a high energy rating, low inductance, a resistor element that is electrically isolated, high dielectric strength, and a small footprint. Applications for the Ohmite TAP2000 Heat Sinkable Planar 2000W Resistors are power conditioning, power distribution, power conversion, power control, power semiconductor balancing, motor control, and inrush current limiting.

Ohmite SH Series Precision Metal-Clad Shunts

The Ohmite SH Series Precision Metal-Clad Shunts are designed with a simple four-terminal Kelvin design to ensure easy installation on large current bus bars. The SH Series resistors are distinguished by high load capacity as well as excellent accuracy. Isolated voltage and current connections make them suitable for very precise current connection measurements for battery testing, current detection in precise power sources, constant current sources, industrial power conversion circuits, HEVs, fuel cells, and constant electronic loads. The Ohmite SH Series Precision Metal-Clad Shunts offer low inductance and heavy copper terminals.

Ohmite TGHG Series Precision Current Sense Resistors

Introduced by Mouser in January 2009, the Ohmite TGHG Series Precision Current Sense Resistors use state of the art technology to provide highly reliable, non-inductive performance. With resistance values beginning at 0.5mΩ, the TGHG series features a four terminal Kelvin connection in an SOT 227 package. Ohmite's TGHG Precision Current Sense Resistors use the four terminals to isolate the measurement path from the current flow path and provides accuracy in a high power package.

Ohmite FCSL Series Metal Foil Current Sense Resistors-EXPANSION

Ohmite has expanded its FCSL Series Metal Foil Current Sense Resistors to include 5 Watt power ratings sizes. In addition, side and back electrodes have been added to ensure better solder joint attachment and easier inspection.

The Ohmite F and R Series Heatsinks are for TO-218, TO-220, and TO-247 devices. The F and R Series are vertical mountable with solderable pins and are composed of 6063-T5 aluminum with a black anodized finish. The Ohmite F and R Series Heatsinks are for TO-220 package type, Ohmite resistor series TBH25, TCH35. The Ohmite R Series Heatsinks also fit package types TO-218 and TO-247 and Ohmite Resistors Series TEH70 and TEH100.

Ohmite TEH100 Series 100 Watt TO-247 Thick Film Power Resistor

The Ohmite TEH100 Series 100 Watt TO-247 Thick Film Power Resistors offer low ohmic value and non-inductive design for high frequency and pulse loading application, especially power supplies. 100 Watt power rated at 25ºC case temperature, the TEH100 series features non-inductive performance and low thermal resistance. The resistors were designed for non-induction, RoHS compliance, and the resistor package is totally insulated from the heat sink. The Ohmite TEH100 Series 100 Watt TO-247 Thick Film Power Resistors have a molded housing for environmental protection and single screw mounting simplifies attachment to the heat sink.

Ohmite TAP800 Series 800 Watt Heat Sinkable Planar Resistor

The Ohmite TAP800 Series 800 Watt Heat Sinkable Planar Resistor dissipates 800 watts of power when used with a liquid or air cooled heat sink system. The TAP800 series features ideal heat transfer, optimum discharge, and is encapsulated with a special resin-filled epoxy casing with a large creepage distance to mass, large air distance between terminals, and a high insulation resistance (CTI 600). The resistive element is specially designed for low inductance and capacitance while providing stable performance in addition to high wattage and pulse loading capability. The contacts allow for easy load connecting with M4 or M5 screws.
