The Nurve Networks XGS AVR 8-Bit Development Kit and XGS PIC 16-bit Development Kit are the ultimate fusion of art and science. These Nurve Networks XGS products are designed to be competitive entry / mid-range development kits for the Atmel MEGA AVR 644 processor or the Microchip PIC24 processor, respectively. The XGS AVR features 64K Flash and 4K SRAM and runs at 28+ MIPs while the XGS PIC features 256K Flash, 16K SRAM, and runs at over 40 MIPs. These Nurve Networks XGS development kits take you step by step, saving time and allowing you to learn quickly while also having fun in the process. The AVR and PIC kits use graphics, games, and media applications to explore these Atmel and Microchip processors and processor lines.
Nurve Networks Chameleon™ AVR / PIC Credit Card Sized Computers
Nurve Networks Chameleon AVR / PIC credit card sized computers take performance to the next level with a huge leap in computational performance and I/O interfaces. The Chameleon AVR 8-bit system and the Chameleon PIC 16-bit system each feature a dual processor design. These Nurve Networks credit card sized computers come with a Parallax Propeller multicore media processor in addition to the host Atmel AVR ATMega 328P / Microchip PIC24 processor. Chameleon computers feature 2 processors, 9 processing cores, 1 MByte of on board FLASH, and 64K of EEPROM. The Chameleon AVR features over 170 MIPS of processing power and the Chameleon PIC features over 200 MIPS of processing power.
