NorComp SEAL-D® IP67 POWER-D Connectors
NorComp SEAL-D IP67 POWER-D Connectors are designed for rugged and
robust applications where both power and signal are required from a
single connection. SEAL-D IP67 POWER-D Connectors are available with 20
or 40 amp power, and 5 amp signal that come pre-loaded into the
insulator. These connectors offer high reliability performance by
utilizing a proprietary sealing technology which maintains the same
physical size and footprint as standard D-Sub Connectors. The drop-in
replacement feature eliminates the need to redesign when implementing
upgrades, while also meeting IEC-529-IP67 requirements.
NorComp SEAL-D® IP66 D-Sub Connectors
NorComp SEAL-D™ D-Sub Connectors product offering includes IP66 rated Standard and High Density D-Sub Connectors for harsh environment applications requiring a rugged, waterproof connector. IP66
SEAL-D™ D-Sub Connectors maintain the same profile as non-IP rated
D-Sub Connectors. This drop-in replacement eliminates the need to
upgrade existing D-Subs and replace multiple components when
implementing IP66 design upgrades. The rugged, waterproof design of SEAL-D™ IP66 D-Sub Connectors makes this series ideal for electronics that are used outdoors, remote sensors,
gauges, and data loggers that are exposed to the elements, and any electronics
that are routinely subjected to wash down and short-term immersion.
NorComp MICRO-D - Micro Miniature Connector Technology
NorComp designed the MICRO-D Micro Miniature D-Sub Connectors
for commercial applications where space is at a premium but a robust
I/O connector solution is still required. The MICRO-D connector features
a metal-to-metal interface for a robust mechanical connection allowing
for maximum shield effectiveness with a footprint that is less than 1/3
the size of a standard D-Sub connector. Offering a 1 amp contact rating,
the NorComp MICRO-D connectors are available in three industry standard
sizes: 9, 15, 25 positions and a variety of termination types,
including cable mount, vertical board mount, and right angle board
mount. MICRO-D Micro Miniature D-Sub Connectors are well-suited for
military (COTS), medical, industrial and hand held computers, and remote
monitoring systems.

NorComp M-Series - Machined Connector Performance
NorComp's robust High Density Screw Machined D-Subs are
designed with a reduced footprint for applications where space is
limited and durable performance is required. Available in 15, 26, 44,
and 62 sizes/positions, NorComp's metal shell High Density Screw
Machined D-Subs provide EMI/RFI shielding and accommodate standard D-sub
Backshells. The devices are available in vertical and right angle PC
board mount, as well as solder cup for external or panel mounted cable
applications.
NorComp ARMOR - Ruggedized Backshell Systems
NorComp’s ARMOR D-Sub Backshells are designed for rugged / robust applications including but not limited to: Military, Industrial, and Aerospace. Featuring an all metal die cast housing, these backshells offer high reliability performance for the most challenging design applications. Also featuring perimeter sealing lips for secure assembly and die cast metal shells provide excellent EMI/ RFI shielding.
