Vishay Vitramon SMD Safety Certified Capacitors are approved for IEC 60384-14: 2005, 3rd edition and come in Dielectric C0G (NP0) and X7R with three sizes: 2008, 2012, and 2220. Features include X1/Y2 and X2 classification rated for 250 VAC, a Wet build process and Reliable Noble Metal Electrode(NME) system.

  • Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance (TCC): ± 15% from - 55°C to + 125°C, with 0VDC applied
  • Dissipation Factor (DF) (1) : 2.5% maximum at 1.0VRMS at 1 kHz or per IEC 60384-14 3rd edition 2005-07 at 1.0VRMS at 10kHz
  • Insulating Resistance: At + 25°C 100 000MΩ or 1000ΩF whichever is less. At + 125°C 10 000MΩ or 100ΩF whichever is less.
  • Aging Rate: 1% maximum per decade
  • Voltage Proof Test: X1/Y2: 1500 VAC (RMS), 60s ± 1s, X2: 1075VDC, 60s ± 1s
  • Peak Impulse Voltage: X1/Y2: 5000V, X2: 2500V
