Vishay Vitramon VJ Automotive MLCCs

Vishay/Vitramon's VJ Automotive MLCCs, available in C0G(NPO), X5R, X7R, and the high temperature X8R dielectric, are robust, highly reliable MLCCs that are manufactured in "Precious Metal Technology" (PMT/NME) with a wet build process. VJ Automotive MLCCs from Vishay Vitramon are also AEC-Q200 qualified with PPAP available upon request. These surface mount MLCCs have wide capacitance and voltage ranges, high operating temperature up to 150ºC, and a 100% tin plate matte and AgPd termination finish for silver epoxy bonding and a Polymer (flexible) termination available to increase bending ability of the capacitors.
