VLSL40, VLSL50 High Brightness LED Modules

Vishay Semiconductor VLSL40, VLSL50 Series High Brightness LED Modules are metal core based, cool white in the temperature range of 5000 K to 7000 K and offer 1740 to 5220 lumens. Both Vishay series are based on InGaN technology and provide a maximum current of 700 mA.

VLSL40 High Brightness LED Power Modules

The VLSL40 modules are designed for flexible use due to the option for using special reflectors (VLSL-REFL01) to adjust the emission characteristics. The reflector is composed of an Al-alloy material with a non-high-polished surface. By using different reflector combinations, the emission in one direction can be adjusted in a typical range of 120º to 55º.
