Vishay VJ HVArc® C0G(NPO)/X7R Capacitors

Vishay has expanded the VJ HVArc® Capacitor series with additional sizes to meet design needs. Now available are additional 0805, 1206, 1210, and 1812 case sizes.

Vishay / Vitramon's VJ HVArc Guard® C0G (NP0)/ X7R surface mount, multi-layer ceramic capacitor protects against surface arc-over. The X7R capacitor features excellent reliability and high-voltage performance, as well as higher capacitance and smaller case size, saving board space compared to standard high-voltage MLCCs.
