Vishay Semiconductors VOM3052/VOM3053/VOM160 Non-Zero Crossing Phototriac Optocouplers

Vishay Semiconductors VOM3052/VOM3053/VOM160 Non-Zero Crossing Phototriac Optocouplers each consist of a GaAs or AlGaAs infrared emitting diode (IRED) optically coupled to a photosensitive non-zero crossing TRIAC, packaged in a compact, industry-standard SOP-4 package. These optocouplers offer phototriac isolate low-voltage logic from 120 VAC, 240 VAC, and 380 VAC lines to control resistive, inductive, or capacitive loads including motors, solenoids, high current thyristors or TRIAC and relays. VOM3052, VOM3053, and VOM160 are electrically equivalent to Vishay's VO305x in the SMD DIP-6 package, but save up to 66% board space by comparison.
