Vishay Siliconix power management ICs include new high-performance SiC769 integrated power stage devices with Gen III MOSFET and DrMOS -compliant gate driver IC and SiC413 / SiC417 synchronous buck regulators with integrated PWM controller and Gen III Trench MOSFET s. The Vishay Siliconix SiC769 integrated power stage IC is a power management device that enables Vcore switching at 1 MHz and can easily achieve greater than 90% efficiency in multi-phase, low output voltage solutions. The Vishay Siliconix SiC413 synchronous buck regulator is a microBUCK ™ family power management device featuring integrated current sense, cycle by cycle over-current protection, and a built-in bootstrap diode. The SiC413 provides 4A continuous output current. The SiC417 synchronous buck regulator is a microBUCK power management device offering 10A continuous output current along with integrated configurable 150 mA LDO with bypass logic, integrated bootstrap diode, and temperature compensated current limit.
