Inductors for Automotive Applications

Vishay Dale IHTH Series High Temperature, High Current Inductors for automotive applications are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer high temperature range up to 155ºC. The IHTH series high temperature, high current automotive-grade inductors from Vishay are available in 0750 and 1125 case sizes and feature high rated currents up to 125A, wide range of inductance values from 0.47µF to 100µH, and frequency range up to 10MHz. This series also handles high transient current spikes and supports fully "green" standards. IHTH Series AEC-Q200 inductors are utilized in voltage regulator modules (VRM) and DC/DC converters in high-temperature automotive applications.
