Vishay Semiconductors VSMY785*X01 Automotive Grade, High Power IR Emitting Diodes are infrared, 850nm emitting diodes based on surface emitter technology with high radiant power and high speed, and molded in low thermal resistance Little Star packages. For the VSMY7850X01, a 42mil chip provides outstanding low forward voltage and allows DC operation of the device up to 1A. The VSMY7852X01 uses a 20mil chip for low forward voltage which allows DC operation of the device up to 250mA.
