For this reason, Vishay Semiconductors VLMx233 Series Power MiniLEDs are an ideal solution for small-scale, high-power products that are expected to work reliably in an arduous environment, such as in automotive and industrial applications. These LEDs also feature high luminous intensity and high drive currents, and they are available in five colors--amber, orange, red, super red, and yellow.
