Vishay VJ Controlled Discharge Capacitor (CDC)

Vishay / Vitramon's VJ Controlled Discharge Capacitor (CDC) has an integrated resistor on its surface. These surface mount VJ CDCs from Vishay/Vitramon also feature low electrostrictive ceramic formulation for repeated charge and discharge cycles, high pulse discharge currents, excellent reliability and high-voltage performance, capacitance range of 33nF to 560nF, and voltage range of 1000VDC to 1500VDC.
