Vishay T96/T97 Conformal Coated
TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors

Vishay's T96/T97 Series Conformal Coated Capacitors are low-ESR, Hi-Rel COTS TANTAMOUNT ® Capacitors. Both the T96 and T97 Series TANTAMOUNT ® Capacitors from Vishay/Sprague are surface mountable, offer surge current testing per MIL-PRF-55365 options, have operating temperature range of -55ºC to +85ºC (To +125ºC with voltage derating), and are compliant to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC . The T96 Series has capacitance range of 10µF to 680µF. The T97 Series has capacitance range of 10µF to 1500µF.


T96 Series


Features:
