Vishay Semiconductors VO610A Low Input Current Optocouplers consist of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4 pin plastic dual inline package. The V0610A features a temperature range of -55°C to +110°C, has a rated impulse voltage of 6kV, an isolation test voltage of 1.6kV, and a rated recurring peak voltage of 850Vpeak. Typical applications include circuits that require separation against electrical shock according to Class II (reinforced isolation).
