TAT7457 pHEMT RF Amplifier

The TAT7457 is a low cost RF amplifier designed for applications from DC to 2000MHz. The balance of low noise and distortion provides an ideal solution for a wide range of broadband amplifiers used in cable television applications such as optical receivers and low noise front ends. The TAT7457 features adjustable gain and return loss with an external feedback resistor.

TAT6254B pHEMT RF Amplifier

The TAT6254B integrates two low noise, high gain trans-impedance amplifiers in a differential configuration followed by an output amplifier. It provides a low input impedance to minimize the effects of photodiode capacitances and stray impedance affects on gain flatness. The TAT6254B was designed as a general purpose FTTP receiver, and allows wide flexibility in setting gain, tilt, and bias levels. Gain control is accommodated with a low cost external PIN diode circuit placed between the input trans-impedance amplifier and the output amplifier.

TQM679002A & TQP6M9002 RF Front Ends

The TQM679002A and TQP6M9002 are full WLAN/BT front-end modules for 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth applications. These modules contain 2.4GHz PA, directional detectors, front-end switch, Bluetooth path, and receive baluns. The architecture and interface are optimized for next generation WLAN integration into handset devices. The front-end modules feature CMOS compatible control voltages to facilitate ease of use.
