TriQuint TQP4M00xx Low Loss Reflective Switches

TriQuint's TQP4M00xx Low Loss Reflective Switches are GaAs FET single-pole, double throw (SPDT) (TQP4M0008) or GaAs FET single-pole, three throw (SP3T) (TQP4M0011) low loss reflective switches with good isolation. Both may be controlled or operated using DC control signals from 1.8 to 5 Volts. Each has a 100−6000MHz broadband performance. The TQP4M0008 is packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact 6-pin 2x2mm surface-mount leadless package. The TQP4M0011 is packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact 12-pin 3x3mm QFN package. Each is an ideal choice for wireless infrastructure and test & measurement applications requiring low insertion loss and high input IP3. They can also be used for any general purpose RF application.
