TI TAS5611A / TAS5613A Class D AmplifiersThe Texas Instruments TAS5611A and TAS5613A are high performance analog input Class D amplifiers with integrated closed loop feedback technology known as PurePath™ HD. TI TAS5611A amplifiers can drive up to 125W stereo into 4 to 8Ω speakers from a single 32.5V supply while TI TAS5613A amplifiers have the ability to drive up to 150W stereo into 4Ω speakers from a single 36V supply. PurePath HD technology enables traditional AB-Amplifier performance (<0.03% THD) levels while providing the power efficiency of traditional Class D amplifiers. Unlike traditional Class D amplifiers, the distortion curve only increases with these TI ICs once the output levels move into clipping. PurePath HD technology enables lower idle losses, making the device even more efficient. The TAS5611A and TAS5613A are designed for use in home theater systems, AV receivers, DVD and Blu-ray Disk™ receivers, and more.
