Fast, continuous waveform capture rates (3,600 wfms/s) quickly identify faults so they can then be isolated with advanced triggers. Real-time intensity grading highlights signal history, and the history remains after the acquisition is stopped. The TDS3000C Series Oscilloscopes from Tektronix use digital real-time (DRT) sampling and sin (x)/x interpolation for analyzing a wide range of signal types on all channels simultaneously. With DRT technology, high-frequency information is captured, such as glitches and edge anomalies. Precise reconstruction of each waveform is accomplished with sin (x)/x interpolation. Applications for TDS3000C include digital design and bug, video installation, and manufacturing test.
