introduced the innovative
Spin Lock Variable Angle Backshell for Mil/Spec circular connectors. The spin lock variable angle backshell enables straight, 45° and 90° cable terminations within the same part. The backshell rotates around the axis of the cable bundle and locks in position which minimizes stress on the wire bundle and provides more robust strain relief than other termination systems. The design allows engineers to use one part number for multiple applications rather than having to purchase a different backshell for each angle needed. The Spin Lock Backshell is ideal for Aerospace, Defense, Marine, and heavy industrial applications, and is compatible with MIL-DTL-5015, MIL-DTL-38999, and most Mil-Spec circular connectors.
