TE Connectivity
Nanonics Dualobe Connectors
TE Connectivity Nanonics Miniature Dualobe
Series consists of ultra-small
connectors
with center-to-center contact spacing of 025". As part of the
TE
Nanonics
product family,
miniature Dualobe connectors
feature a "spring socket" contact system that provides rugged contact integrity for superior reliability and environmental performance. The "spring socket" contact system, constructed using BeCu alloy material plated with gold per
MIL-G-45204 Type II
over nickel per QQ-N-290, offers a gold-on-gold mating area covering a minimum of 180° of the contact surface, a mating force of no greater than 6 ounces per contact, and a low contact resistance of .003 ~ .008 ohms. Developed per
MIL-DTL-83513
guidelines, with a few size-related modifications, the
Nanonics Miniature Dualobe
connectors
provide highly reliable performance in a temperature range of -200°C to +200°C, making these
connectors
well-suited for applications operating in extreme environments.
