TE Connectivity Mini SAS HD Connectors
TE Connectivity Mini SAS HD Connectors are designed to double the
port density of low-profile PCIe cards and support 6- and future
12-Gbps SAS applications. These next generation Mini SAS HD
interconnects include a receptacle connector/cage assembly and
direct-attach copper cable. Connector signal integrity performance is
fully compliant to SAS 2.1 and SFF-8644 industry specifications. Mini
SAS HD is the latest technology in high speed I/O interconnects designed
for data centers, enterprise storage, and other high speed computing
solutions.

- Connector signal integrity performance meets requirements of current SAS
2.1 at 6Gbps, and capable of compliance with SAS 3.0 at 12Gbps
- Cable construction consists of 8 differential pairs bundled as 2 cables with 4 pairs in each cable
- Cable assemblies are fully compliant to SAS 2.1 and SFF-8449 HD management interface
- Board receptacle assembly provide 1x1(4x), 1x2(8x) and 1x4(16x) configuration
- Pre-assembled, one piece connector and cage assembly offers one-step placement to the board
- Lightpipe option available
