ST AS11P2TLR, AS21P2TLR Analog Switches

STMicroelectronics AS11P2TLR, AS21P2TLR are high speed CMOS low voltage single/dual analog SPDT (single-pole doublethrow) switches or 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer switches manufactured using silicon gate C²MOS technology. With fast switching speed, break-before-make delay time and ultra low power consumption the AS11P2TLR, AS21P2TLR are ideal for portable applications. All inputs and outputs are equipped with protection circuits to protect against static discharge, giving them immunity from ESD and transient excess voltage.

AS11P2TLR Features
  • High speed:
    • tPD= 130ps (typ.) at VCC= 3.0V
    • tPD= 140ps (typ.) at VCC= 2.3V
  • Ultra low power dissipation:
    • ICC= 0.2µA (max.) at TA= 85°C
  • Low ON resistance:
    • RON= 1.0O (typ.) at VCC= 4.5V
    • RON= 1.2O (typ.) at VCC= 3.0V
    • RON= 2.0O (typ.) at VCC= 1.8V
  • Wide operating voltage range:
    • VCC(opr.) = 1.65 to 4.5V single supply
  • 5V tolerant and 1.8V compatible threshold ON digital control input at VCC= 1.65 to 4.5V
  • Latch-up performance exceeds 200mA per JESD 78, Class II

    • RON= 0.50O (max. TA= 25 °C) at VCC= 4.3V
    • RON= 0.50O (max. TA= 25 °C) at VCC= 3.6V
  • Wide operating voltage range: VCC(OPR) = 1.65 to 4.3V single supply
  • 4.3V tolerant and 1.8V compatible threshold on digital control input at VCC= 2.3 to 4.3V
  • Latch-up performance exceeds 300 mA (JESD 17)
  • ESD performance: HMB > 2 kV (MIL STD 883 method 3015)
