STMicroelectronics Transceiver Development Kits & Daughterboard

STMicroelectronics Transceiver Development Kits & Daughterboard are based on the SPIRIT1, a sub-GHz, low power, low data rate transceiver suitable for the ISM bands and wireless M-BUS. The three development kits are offered in three different bands (169MHz, 433MHz and 915MHz). Each motherboard features a USB connector for PC GUI interface and JTAG connector for development of firmware on the MCU. The daughterboard is equipped with external balun which optimizes size, RF performance and reduces the number of external RF components.

STMicroelectronics Transceiver Development Kits include 2 RF daughterboards based on the SPIRIT1 low power, sub-GHz low data rate transceiver suitable for ISM bands and wireless M-BUS, and 2 motherboards based on the STM32L low power microcontroller to control the daughterboards. Each motherboard features a USB connector for PC GUI interaction and firmware updates. A JTAG connector allows the development of specific firmware on the microcontroller.

STMicroelectronics STEVAL-IKR002V4B Transceiver Evaluation Daughterboard is based on the SPIRIT1, a sub-GHz low power, low data rate transceiver suitable for ISM bands and wireless M-BUS. The board is equipped with external balun, matching and filter in a single BALF-SPI-01D3 device which optimizes size, RF performances and number of external RF components (from 16 SMD passive components to just 1).
