ON Semiconductor NCP4587 150mA Tri-Mode LDOs

ON Semiconductor NCP4587 150mA Tri-Mode CMOS Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulators (LDOs) automatically switch to low power mode under light current loads to save power and extend battery life. The NCP4587 automatically switches back to a fast response mode as the output load increases above 3 mA (typ.), or it can be placed in permanent fast mode through a mode select pin. These ON Semiconductor 150mA Tri-Mode LDOs offer an operating input voltage range of 1.4V to 5.25V and an output voltage range of 0.8V to 4.0V (available in 0.1V steps). These ON Semiconductor devices allow you to choose between fast shutoff or fast restart of the output voltage. NCP4587 LDOs are ideal for use in battery powered equipment, portable communication equipment, and cameras, image sensors, and camcorders.
