ON Semiconductor PureEdge™ Crystal Oscillators
The NBXSBx024, NBXSBA025, and NBVSBAXXX are PureEdge™ crystal oscillator (XO) devices designed to meet today's requirements for 2.5 V / 3.3 V LVPECL clock generation applications. ON Semiconductor NBVSBAXXX voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXO) use a high Q fundamental mode crystal and Phase Locked Loop (PLL) multiplier to provide a wide range of frequencies from 60MHz to 700MHz (factory configurable per user specifications) with a pullable range of ±100ppm and a frequency stability of ±50ppm. The NBXSBX024 single frequency, crystal oscillator uses a high Q fundamental crystal and Phase Lock Loop (PLL) multiplier to provide 622.08 MHz, ultra low jitter and phase noise LVPECL differential output. The NBXSBA025 single-channel XO provides 425.00MHz.
