ON Semiconductor 80mA CMOS Low Iq LDO Voltage Regulator

ON Semiconductor 80mA CMOS Low Iq LDO Voltage Regulator features an ultra low quiescent current of 40µA, and is designed for handheld communication equipment and portable battery powered applications which require low quiescent current. Each ON Semiconductor 80mA CMOS Low Iq LDO Voltage Regulator contains a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a PMOS power transistor, resistors for setting output voltage, current limit, and temperature limit protection circuits. This LDO Voltage Regulator has been designed to be used with low cost ceramic capacitors. The device is housed in the micro−miniature SC-70−5 surface mount package.

ON Semiconductor NCP4586 150mA Low Noise LDO Regulators expand on the NCP4587 Series. ON Semiconductor NCP4586 150mA Low Noise LDO Regulators offer low noise, high ripple rejection, low dropout, high output voltage accuracy, and low supply current. These LDO regulators are available in three configurations: enable high, enable low, and enable high plus auto-discharge. These excellent general purpose regulators are available in small packages which allow mounting on high density PCBs, and are well-suited to many applications.
