Molex CMC Hybrid Connectors

Molex developed the CMC Sealed Hybrid Automotive Connectors as a line of high-density connectors for the transportation industry. Features include a compact design, pitch size of 2.54mm, matte seal technology, and mechanical polarization. Designed for high-conductivity applications in harsh environments, CMC Sealed Hybrid Automotive Connectors support low, medium, and high current applications from 2.5A up to 12.0A and are capable of performing in sealed applications requiring IPx9K rating and 500mbar watertightness. CMC connectors are ideally suited for heavy-duty, powertrain, and body-electronics applications in the transportation industry.

Molex offers the standard version of the CMC Sealed Hybrid Automotive Connectors which holds two different terminal sizes; CP 0.635mm (.025") and CP 1.50mm (.059") and the power version which holds three different terminal sizes; CP 0.635mm (.025"), CP 1.50mm (.059") and CP 2.80mm (.110").
