Micro-Change® M12
|
Rugged Micro-Change® connectors and receptacles provide a high-pin-density M12 solution and are ideal for use in harsh commercial and industrial environments.
Molex Brad Micro-Change® Connectors are designed to withstand
harsh industrial and weather environments and their superior quality
assures a very reliable connection for control elements in automated
equipment. These high-quality connectors allow fast and simple
replacement of 12 to 18mm sensors, encoders, switches and other input
and output devices in industrial machinery. Available in 2- through 5-,
8- and 12-pole IEC compliant configurations, single- and dual-keyway
designs, with straight and 90° plugs, versatile Micro-Change connectors
help to increase overall plant production.
Ideal for Class 2 applications including petrochemical, factory-automation and commercial-vehicle equipment, Brad Micro-Change M12 Harsh-Duty Receptacles offer a sealed connection with superior EMI/RFI shielding in high-vibration systems. Receptacles are tooled for both network connectivity in Ethernet and Controller-Area Network (CAN bus) protocols, as well as passive applications such as discreet and analog sensor applications.

Mini-Change®
|
Molex Brad® Mini-Change® Connectors offer highly durable
performance with a IP67 protection rating. The moisture-resistant design
includes gold over nickel plating to provide a longer-lasting solution.
An epoxy coated coupling nut, a feature offered only in the Molex Brad®
Mini-Change® product line, provides a minimum of 500 hours of corrosion
resistance. The Quad Beam™ female contact maintains constant pressure
on the mail pin to for optimal connectivity and a low-resistance
connection. In addition, an anti-vibration feature prevents the coupler
from loosening, even under extreme conditions.

connectors designed to ensure flexibility, interoperability, and
rock-solid performance for sensor and actuator applications operating in
harsh environments. Nano-Change® M8 Connectors provide IP67 rugged
performance in tight spaces while minimizing downtime, maintenance, and
wiring time. A patented anti-vibration feature prevents back-out in high
vibration applications.

Quick-Change®
|
Molex Brad® Quick-Change® Connectors provide rugged
performance for the most demanding applications. From the harsh chemical
wash-down of food processing to the high-temperature of steel product
or the caustic humidity of pulp/paper production, heavy-duty power
requirements demand rugged connector products. Quick-Change connectors
are constructed to deliver years of uninterrupted performance in power
circuit, quick disconnect applications. Quick-Change connectors are
available in 2 to 4 pole configurations, with ratings up to 30A. Even in
the most demanding environments, the heavy-duty construction and safety
yellow color of Quick-Change connectors enhance their visibility
helping to insure a safe connection. Positive key alignment reduces the
possibility of mismating, thereby ensuring reverse-phase protection of
motors.

DeviceNet®
|
Molex Brad® DeviceNet is designed to be a low-cost-real time,
device level bus architecture to connect sensors and actuators. Wiring
and installation of automation devices is greatly simplified while the
diagnostic information about the various I/O of the system is greatly
enhanced. DeviceNet defines a standard device object-oriented software
model that permits multi-vendor interoperability. DeviceNet is a CAN
(Controller Area Network) based communication protocol that transmits a
maximum of 8-bytes as a single message. Its primary usage is with
digital I/O and non time-critical analog control. DeviceNet supports
on-line node insertion and removal.
