Maxim Integrated 71M6541/2 Energy Meter ICs are Teridian™ 4th-generation single-phase metering Systems-on-Chips (SoCs). Features include 5MHz 8051-compatible MPU core, low-power RTC with digital temperature compensation, flash memory, and LCD driver. Maxim Integrated Single Converter Technology® supports a wide range of metering applicaitions with few external components. Other features of the 71M6541/2 Energy Meter ICs include an SPI interface, advanced power management, and ultra-low power operation in both active and battery modes.
