Littelfuse PulseGuard ESD Suppressor

Littelfuse PulseGuard 0201 Series ESD Suppressor is a polymer composite material base surface mount suppressor designed for ESD protection of sensitive electronic equipment requiring a small footprint. The 0201 Series features the smallest footprint (0201 size) Polymer ESD suppressor available in the market. Littelfuse PulseGuard 0201 Series suppresses fast rising ESD transients while adding virtually no capacitance to the circuit. PulseGuard 0201 Series ESD Suppressor offers a 0.07pF low capacitance for high speed data transfer with minimal interference. The device is ideally suited for low-voltage, high speed data port applications where low capacitance is important to ensure minimal interference of data signal integrity.
