Littelfuse SMF Series 200W TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SMF Series 200W Low Profile TVS Diodes protect
sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by
lightning and other transient voltage events. Offered in the SMF
package, these devices have a 50% smaller in footprint when compared to
SMA package and deliver one of the lowest height profiles (1.1mm) in the
industry. This device provides low inductance, excellent clamping, 200W
peak pulse power, a fast response time, and built in strain relief for
board flexing.
