Illumitex Abeo™ FX & Surexi™ Horticulture LEDs

Illumitex Horticulture LEDs are suitable for a wide range of horticulture applications including greenhouses, vertical farms, growth chambers, and tissue culture laboratories. By manufacturing the LEDs, Illumitex can create LED-based light content tailored to the user's specific species of plants. Illumitex uses custom wavelength combinations to alter the photosynthesis and/or photomorphogenesis response of the target plant. The breakthrough Digital Distribtution™ technology allows Illumitex LEDs to deliver more light to the plant surface than any other LED on the market.

Illumitex Abeo™ FX & Surexi™ Horticulture LEDs each have a package design which eliminates the need for secondary optics to control the beam angle while delivering maximum PPF to the targeted plants. The patented package design substantially reduces the total volume of the light engine, thereby allowing luminaire and lamp engineers to create breakthrough lighting solutions with unrivaled optical performance. Illumitex Abeo™ FX & Surexi™ Horticulture LEDs also deliver breakthrough uniformity ratios within the specified beam angle, and produce the sharpest cut-offs available. By incorporating Illumitex's proprietary Digital Distribution™ beam control technology, these LEDs put more light on the targeted plants than any other LED package. Illumitex Abeo™ FX & Surexi™ Horticulture LEDs utilize plug-and-play connectors which eliminate the need for soldering.

Illumitex Surexi™ Horticulture LEDs


All Illumitex Surexi™ Horticulture LEDs are designed to work as self-sufficient light sources, addressing various photosynthetic and photomorphogenic aspects of plant growth. They may also be used to supplement daylight and other light sources. The arrays are available in a variety of supplemental wavelengths or can be modified to deliver custom spectra to meet your application requirements. Illumitex Surexi™ Horticulture LEDs are also available with on-board IDC connectors, which eliminate the need for soldering connection wires. The optional IDC connector is a fast, plug-and-play solution for installing LEDs in horticulture applications. While the F1, F3, F6 and F7 Growth Spectra are very effective in spurring photosynthesis, the arrays can be modified to deliver custom spectra to meet your application requirements.
