Grayhill 60A Series NavCoders
Grayhill 60A Series NavCoder is a three-in-one human interface device
(HID) that combines a joystick, an optical encoder and a pushbutton on a
single shaft to provide directional and rotational control. The 60A
Series NavCoder from Grayhill improves operator safety by integrating
three interface technologies that allow the user to navigate, scroll and
select options with very little hand movement. The joystick manipulates
a cursor in four or eight directions, the optical encoder facilitates
sequential scrolling through menu options, and the pushbutton performs
on-screen menu selects, all without the user having to change controls.
The 60A series NavCoder has longer life than its mechanical
counterparts, with 1 million rotational cycles of operation.
