Freescale TWR-MCF51JF / TWR-MCF51QM
Tower Modules and KitsFreescale Semiconductor TWR-MCF51JF and TWR-MCF51QM Tower Modules can function as standalone, low-cost platforms for the evaluation of the ColdFire+ MCF51JU and MCF51JF microcontroller (MCU) devices and the ColdFire+ MCF51QU, MCF51QH, MCF51QF, and MCF51QM MCU devices. The TWR-MCF51JF and TWR-MCF51QM feature a ColdFire+ 32-bit MCU built on the Version1 (V1) ColdFire® core and enabled by innovative 90nm thin film storage (TFS) flash process technology with FlexMemory. Freescale TWR-MCF51JF and TWR-MCF51QM modules are also available as Tower kits with the Tower Elevator Modules and the Tower Prototyping Module. These modules can also be combined with out Freescale Tower peripheral modules to create development platforms for a wide variety of applications.
