FCI ExaMAX™ High-Speed Backplane Connectors deliver superior performance from 25Gb/s up to 40Gb/s for next-generation designs. ExaMAX's revolutionary beam-on-beam contact interface provides two reliable points of contact and minimizes the residual stub to eliminate unwanted insertion loss resonances. The series unique stub-less contact interface, balanced differential pairs and an optimized overmolded structure provides a smooth, very well-controlled impedance signal with very low crosstalk throughout the connector over the entire 20 GHz bandwidth. ExaMAX's excellent signal performance and scalable capabilities make it ideal for switches, routers, optical transport, wireless infrastructure, servers, external storage systems, and supercomputers.
