Exar PowerXR XRP77xx Power System ICs

The Exar XRP7704, XRP7740, and XRP7708 PowerXR power system ICs offer the low cost and flexibility of digital power management and control along with the robust power capabilities of analog switching power supplies. These Exar PowerXR power system ICs reduce development time and permit real-time power system adjustments. The XRP7708 is optimized to provide 8 Amps per channel capability while offering a pin and function compatible option to the 5Amp/channel XRP7704 and the 15Amp/channel XRP7740. The Exar XRP7704, XRP7708, and XRP7740 offer a wide input voltage range (6.5V to 20V) and output range (0.9V to 5.0V) with a built-in LDO for standby power. The XRP7714 has a 4.75V to 25V input voltage range. These power system ICs also offer power sequencing capability and integrated gate drivers.
