The Exar XRD64L43 is a Dual 10-Bit 40 MSPS CMOS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC). Manufactured using a standard CMOS process, the XRD64L43 offers low power, low cost and excellent performance. The design architecture of the Exar XRD64L43 Dual 10-Bit 40 MSPS CMOS ADC uses 17 time-interleaved 10-bit SAR ADCs in each converter to achieve high conversion rate of 40 MSPS minimum. Applications for the XRD64L43 include medical imaging, instrumentation, data acquisition systems and digital communications.
