Connect One WiFi Modules & Evaluation Boards

Connect One WiFi Modules & Evaluation Boards include a variety of modules and eval boards for the Connect One Nano WiReach™ SMT, Nano LANReach™, and Nano SocketLAN™ WiFi modules. Connect One WiFi Modules are secure serial-to-LAN device server modules that also acts as bridges to connect serial devices to 802.11b/g Wireless LANs or 10/100 Mbit Ethernet LANs. They each include the iChip™ CO2144 IP Communication Controller™ chip and either a Marvell 88W8686 WiFi chipset or 10/100BaseT Ethernet PHY. They are packaged in RoHS-compliant ultra-slim form factors and use an industry standard pin-out. The Nano WiReach SMT can also be interfaced to a 10/100BaseT wired LAN and a USB cellular modem with some external components and glue logic.

Connect One WiFi Modules & Evaluation Boards offer much more than many other device servers on the market. They act as a security gap between the application and the network; support up to 10 simultaneous TCP/UDP sockets; two listening sockets; a web server with two websites; SMTP and POP3 clients; MIME attachments; FTP and TELNET clients, and SerialNET™ mode for serial-to-IP bridging. These modules support the SSL3/TLS1 protocol for secure sockets, HTTPS, and FTPS, and the Nano WiReach SMT also supports WEP, WPA, and WPA2 WiFi encryption.
