Bourns 2053 & 2057 Series Light Duty 2-Electrode Miniature Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs)
are miniature GDTs specifically designed to protect telecommunications,
industrial,
and consumer electronics applications from transient surge voltages that
may result from lightning strikes and equipment switching operations.
These devices offer maximum surge ratings from 5-10 kA, low
capacitance of ‹1pF max., high insulation resistance of > 1 GΩ and a
broad array of breakover voltage levels from 75-600V. Bourns 2053 &
2057 Series Light Duty 2-Electrode Miniature GDTs are available in
surface mount and axial
leaded packages.
